Child raising is the worst thing you could possibly do with your "life". First of all, there are way too many ugly people in this world, and the good lord will undoubtably strike you down with a child with that same affliction. This will cause you to have much anger at the good and benevolent lord, and then take it out on your cursed child. Yet if you are blessed with a decent looking child, you can be sure that your difficulties haven't ended there.
It's never good if your child is different than you: if you are intellegent and your child is an imbicile, you will be dissapointed. If you are retarded (you shouldnt be having children anyway), if your kid is a genius, its both a miracle and a demoralizer, since it makes you look really bad by comparison.
Alternately, it sucks if the kid is THE SAME as you and heres why; If hes stupid, your family remains where it is: at the poverty line. If hes smart, he drives you up the walls with clever retorts to your parenting.
Here's the rub: No matter how good of a job you do as a parent, your child will always end up resenting you in the end. So why have one?
